Tesla? More Like Tes-lame! Am I Right?

In the high school for automobiles

No one likes the electric cars.

They don’t get invited to parties

And they aren’t the athletic stars.

Not even the nerds like the ‘lectrics

Because all the gas cars have colluded

To ensure what we’ve known all our lives:

That batteries aren’t included.

Now That’s A Team That’s Cooking With Gas

Vikings killed a lot of folks;

Bears and lions too.

Warriors kill a lot of folks

‘Cause that’s just what they do.

Tigers, dolphins, bulldogs, eagles

Kill lots of stuff, and yet

No high school that I know of

Has picked a Hitler mascot yet.

Senior Year

The year I raised the 4H deer

Were the best days of my life.

Not only did I eat really well,

But I met my future wife.
She was a doe-eyed sophomore

Who smelled of smoke and beer.

She’s still my favorite cousin.

Good mem’ries, senior year.
